Children Matter Agency vetting process: How we work

We recruit only the most suitable candidates who are thoroughly screened and meet our superior standards.

We review up to one hundred applications every week and interview only a select number that we believe are suitable.

Candidates are called in for a face-to-face interview or a Skype interview where we consider not just the credentials on their CV but also their personality, passion, integrity and alertness.

We conduct the most comprehensive background check. We make sure an enhanced DBS police check is in place and we check passports, ID documents and Visas.

We don't just rely on written references. We talk to previous employers and get verbal references for our candidates.

We make sure that all candidates have an up-to-date pediatric first aid certificate. In the unlikely event your children need medical help our childcare providers are trained to deal with the situation.

Once successfully added to our books, babysitters and nannies are continuously evaluated based on client feedbacks and our ongoing involvement.
